Ensure continuous power supply com reliable ATS solutions from Kuangya.
Covering Dual Power systems, MCCB Type switches, and
Manual Load Isolation devices, designed for hospitals, data centers, factories, and critical facilities.
Select from Kuangya’s ATS series — dual power, MCCB type, and load isolation transfer switches.
Pick the right ATS by application level, control logic, and isolation requirement. Quick compare below.
Série | Main Use | Control / Mechanism | Poles & Current | When to choose |
---|---|---|---|---|
KGLD Dual Power | Grid ↔ Generator / Dual-source mains | Electronic controller + motorized mechanism | 20–1600A · 3P/4P | Need fast transfer, status I/O, and coordinated protection at main switchboard. |
KGQ2 MCCB Type | Compact cabinets / C&I backup | MCCB interlock, optional remote control | 100–1600A · 3P/4P | Prefer MCCB structure with high breaking capacity in limited space. |
KGLZ Manual Isolation | Manual changeover & visible isolation | Manual handle, mechanical interlock | 63–3150A · 3P/4P | Need simple, durable, and safe isolation for distribution or maintenance. |
Require fast & reliable transfer with monitoring and alarms.
Recomendado: KGLD Dual Power ATS

Products designed under IEC standards with CE & RoHS compliance.
Automatic transfer switches must be installed by qualified electricians familiar with local wiring codes. Each Kuangya ATS is delivered with clear terminal markings and installation manuals. Ensure adequate clearance around the switch for cable bending radius, ventilation, and safe operation of the handle or actuator.
Para KGLD dual power ATS, connect the electronic controller to the power supply and signal I/O terminals. Remote monitoring, genset start/stop, and alarm outputs are available. For KGQ2 MCCB type, verify interlock wiring if optional motor mechanism or remote control is used. For KGLZ manual switches, only power conductors are connected, with mechanical interlock ensuring isolation.
Always check phase sequence and neutral connections. In 4-pole versions, the neutral conductor must be wired through the designated neutral terminal of the ATS. Incorrect neutral handling can lead to equipment malfunction or hazardous touch voltages.
Kuangya ATS are designed according to IEC 60947-6-1, covering automatic and manual transfer switches. Products carry CE and RoHS conformity, and can be supplied with factory test reports. For large projects, witness testing and additional certificates (TÜV, CB scheme) can be arranged upon request.
When integrating ATS into low-voltage assemblies, verify that the overall short-circuit rating (SCCR) meets local regulations. Always coordinate ATS with upstream protection (fuses or MCCBs) to comply with IEC and NEC installation rules.
During installation and service:
Periodic inspection is recommended every 6–12 months depending on load cycles. Inspect contact wear, interlock operation, and control wiring integrity.
Each Kuangya ATS is shipped with a printed manual and QR code for online resources. Additional documents include:
